- Monthly RN & Social Worker visits (at your home or ours!)
-Visit with our Registered Dietician if you have concerns regarding weight or nutrition
-Are you a Smoker?     Quit NOW-  WE CAN HELP!
-Not feeling well?  Let's Talk NUTRITION.
-Nervous about labor and delivery?  We pay for childbirth education.
-Possible mileage reimbursement for doctor visits.
-Our social worker can help with support and resource information.
