The Substance Abuse and other Counseling Services Program provides a wide array of prevention and treatment services for individuals with substance use disorders. Out-patient counseling, such as individual, family, youth, and group counseling are provided on-site at the health department. Evaluations of substance abuse problems for the court system, other human service agencies, schools, families, Secretary of State, or any other referral source are available through screening, assessment, and evaluation process.
