ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & PERMITS

The Environmental Health Division of the Sanilac County Health Department is responsible for protecting the public health, and the health of our environment. This is accomplished by implementing state-mandated programs and also performing non-mandated services for the local community.

Each mandated program has minimum requirements set by the State of Michigan. These requirements must be met for the Sanilac County Health Department to be accredited.

ATTENTION: Applications must be filled in and then printed, signed/Dated, and then submitted by one of the following:

1) Scanned and emailed to EH@sanilachealth.com

2) Faxed to (810) 648-2646

3) Mailed to: Sanilac County Health Department
