Measles cases reach 22 in Southeast Michigan Cases have been confirmed in both Oakland and Wayne counties LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) has updated the confirmed count of measles cases in the state to 22, with infected individuals residing in Oakland and Wayne counties.
