Substance Use Prevention


The Substance Use Prevention Services of Sanilac County is committed to providing to primary and secondary substance use prevention in our community.  Substance use prevention is the process of reducing the use and misuse of drugs and the development of substance use disorders. Prevention Strategies can include educating and supporting individuals in the community.
 

* All classes are free of charge.
* We accept all in county and out of county agency referrals.
* We also accept all voluntary attendance. 


Additional 
* Provide education in area schools on substance use and prevention
* Coordinate services with other human service agencies and coalitions
